Individual therapy is $150 for a 60-minute session. Limited sliding-scale spots may be available; we can discuss this during your initial consultation.
Payments are processed securely through IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant platform. You’ll receive a one-time text link to enter your card, and it will be saved for future sessions. IvyPay accepts all major credit/debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.
I do not bill insurance directly. Here’s why:
Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis after the first session, which becomes part of your permanent health record.
Insurance may limit the number of sessions or dictate which modalities can be used.
Working outside of insurance allows us to focus fully on your goals, not what’s covered.
If you’d like, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check your benefits before beginning.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are billed at the full session fee of $150. (Exceptions may be made for true emergencies.)
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, we may space out sessions as progress is made.
Every client’s journey is unique. Some work with me for a few months to meet a specific goal, while others continue longer-term for deeper healing and support.

I integrate EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic/mind-body practices, and talk therapy. Sessions may be conversational, experiential, or a blend—always tailored to your needs.
All sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom on a HIPAA-secure platform. Once you’ve scheduled, you’ll receive appointment reminders and a private link to join your session.
A stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with Zoom installed. Headphones are helpful but not required.
